Tato.Net Workshops for Fathers

Tato.Net workshops offer a space for inspiration and the development of fatherhood competencies. Their goal is not only to provide knowledge but, above all, to build self-awareness, exchange best practices, and support real change in daily life.

Participants work on their individual Fatherhood Profile (assessment) and create their own Tato-Plans — concrete strategies for action. The workshops are practical rather than theoretical and are held as intensive weekend sessions or as regular short meetings (e.g., within the network of Fatherhood Clubs). Tato.Net also organizes special workshops for fathers with daughters and sons, as well as for fathers and mothers together — strengthening family bonds.

Tens of thousands of fathers across 16 countries and three continents have already benefited from Tato.Net’s unique events — in schools, businesses, military and correctional facilities, church communities, and secular family organizations.
