Among the leaders - JAROSŁAW BOTOR, a member of the Polish Alpinism Association National Team, a participant in the Polish Winter Himalayan project and the Winter National K2 Expedition in 2018.

Jarek Botor is an experienced Polish climber. By profession, he is a paramedic with the Polish Medical Air Rescue (LPR) and the Mountain Volunteer Search and Rescue (GOPR), and a mountain rescue instructor. He is a co-founder of the More Than Explore Event Agency. He graduated from the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice. For his participation in the heroic rescue operation on Nanga Parbat and saving Elizabeth Revol, he received the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta and the French Knight's Cross of the Legion of Honor in 2019.

The program is designed so that everyone, regardless of previous outdoor experience, can fully participate and find satisfaction. An easy route awaits to start, and the difficulty will be increased based on the participants' fitness.
